Useless website
Useless website. Spent 2 hours trying to book 2 tickets using a meerkat code. It either brings up an error code, error page or reverts to one ticket. Every time I try to use this site I have problems. Its a wonder they get any business whatsoever. What I don't understand is why such a large company has such a poor unreliable website.

Vue wasted my time
Vue offered me a free ("encourage you back to Vue') ticket and, after spending an hour online trying to redeem it and to contact Vue for information, I had to give up. Vue wasted so much of my time I'm determined that I will never in future be watching films at their theatres. Rather than being encouraged back, I've only been driven further away!

Tried to book tickets on line forgot password took option to renew password said they would send a link never happened tried a second time still nothing end up my husband had to check in as guest it totally stressed me out terrible booking system

Cancelled the screening a couple of hours before the film and I was forced to buy new tickets for another time and change all my plans for the day.
In return, they gave me unequal vouchers, which again makes me displeased.

They do not care
Online booking experience is not fit for purpose. Cannot chose a seat and can’t buy tickets as it freezes out. They will not last on this basis.

Never buy Vue 2for £7 code on vodafone veryme offers!! It’s most intelligent way to fool customers!!
Myvue charge £7 to purchase the discount code as promotion from vodafone very me app!
And then we use the dicounted coupon to purchase tickets on myvue.com for 2 people
After discount code is applied we pay £7 while booking tickets
So tot we paid for 2 people is £14 which infact the same price if we purchase ticket directly on Vue cinema website!!
Such a shame!!!!

Very poor Customer Service Experience
Very bad customer service experience this afternoon. I got through to a robot, the recording I listened too just kept going around and around and I was unable to speak to anyone. This issue need to be urgently resolved.

Don't care about their customers
I have tried several routes, including emailing the CEO and COO, about an issue I had and they were so unhelpful and apathetic. No response from the CEO. Very poor customer service.

I have booked 11 tickets to see…
I have booked 11 tickets to see Spiderman and two members of the family have Covid so therefore i need a refund. I used vouchers so i could not do it online the refund and had to call the customer service line which costs lots of money on a 0345 number. I waited for 30 minutes. As soon as i said i needed a refund for 11 people, the advisor put the phone down! Tried to call back and a huge queue to get through again! Awful customer service!

It's impossible to choose the seat you want.
It's impossible to choose the seat you want. You choose one that's available, click on it, save it, then move to the next screen to pay and you notice that it's changed your booking to the seat it's pre-selected. Absolutely hopeless. I've given up with it.

Spent two hours trying to book tickets online. Impossible to do! Chose the seats we wanted but at checkout they changed to the original suggested seats.
Complete rubbish website and the app no better.
Vue will not be getting our business in the future !!

Why are you unable to book tickets on line, not the first time this has happened. You go to the cinema to book and you get charged more, ask if they honour the on line price and suprise suprise they do not.
